11/10/08 - Register NOW (Glendale/Arrowhead)**we will be taking the week of Thanksgiving off (due to scheduling conflicts of Holiday shows this class will also be taking off the week of 12/8 and will finish up class on 12/16, 17, 18. We are sorry for all the changes, but you will get your 12 classes in:))
11/17/08- Register NOW (Wickenburg, Litchfield Park, Phoenix College)**we will be taking the week of Thanksgiving off
12/01/08- Register NOW (Waddell/Surprise, North Phoenix)**this class will be only 3 weeks long and you will be prorated, put in code "week" if paying online**
**PLEASE READ**
All classes will be taking off the week of Thanksgiving as well as the last 2 weeks in December for our Winter Break.
We stopped our Laveen and Buckeye classes due to small classes because of the economy. Please support our other classes so that we do not have to discontinue them as well. We love providing this service to you. Thanks from ALL the team at LFBC:)
Prices:
$200 Option #1 - 3 days per week for 4 weeks
$150 Option#2 - 2 days per week for 4 weeks
$500 Option #3 - 12 Week Class #1 ($100 savings) (this is 3 camps, sometimes we take a week off in between camps)
$375 Option #4 - 12 Week Class #2 ($75 savings) (this is 3 camps, sometimes we take a week off in between camps)
$275 x 3 = Option #5 - "Operation Beach Body" - You pay per month but it is a 12 week commitment

$1550 =1 Year Option = 12 months of camp (ex: Sept 08 thru Aug 09) = $1550 (comes to $129 per camp)
ADD "The 3 Phase dietDECK" to any program for a one time fee of $29.95. You will do this at the check out.

What to Wear: Cloths that can get dirty and are comfortable!
Activities: It is outdoor training. You will perform activities including but not limited to: Running, Squad Runs, Stair climbs, Jogging, Hill training, Push ups, Sit ups, Lunges, Prone & Lateral Bridging, and Team strength challenges. We are the only camp that gives you Strength Training and Endurance Training Days per week.
