All classes will be taking off the week of Thanksgiving as well as the last 2 weeks in December for our Winter Break.

We stopped our Laveen and Buckeye classes due to small classes because of the economy.  Please support our other classes so that we do not have to discontinue them as well.  We love providing this service to you.  Thanks from ALL the team at LFBC:)

This camp is at the  Park 1 block West of 111th ave and Olive. It is a community park so the name is not found online.  Turn North onto N. Agua Fria Ranch Pkwy and the park will be on the left hand side of the street. Look for the yellow sign.  (With Gia)

Prices:

$200 Option #1 - 3 days per week for 4 weeks

$150 Option#2 - 2 days per week for 4 weeks

$500 Option #3 -  12 Week Class #1 ($100 savings) (this is 3 camps, sometimes we take a week off in between camps)

$375 Option #4 -  12 Week Class #2 ($75 savings) (this is 3 camps, sometimes we take a week off in between camps)

$275 x 3 = Option #5 - "Operation Beach Body" - You pay per month but it is a 12 week commitment
                                      (this is 3 camps, sometimes we take a week off in between camps)

$1550 =1 Year Option = 12 months of camp (ex: Sept 08 thru Aug 09) = $1550 (comes to $129 per camp)

ADD "The 3 Phase dietDECK" to any program for a one time fee of $29.95.  You will do this at the check out.

OTHER PROGRAMS -

$200  Drop In Card - 10 visits whenever you want to use them, they do not expire.

$25    Drop In Rate - Drop in at any time for $25 at any class

What to Wear: Cloths that can get dirty and are comfortable!  

Activities: It is outdoor training. You will perform activities including but not limited to: Running, Squad Runs, Stair climbs, Jogging, Hill training, Push ups, Sit ups, Lunges, Prone & Lateral Bridging, and Team strength challenges.  We are the only camp that gives you Strength Training and  Endurance Training Days per week.
